True Sports Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated Sports Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals perform at their highest level. Our clinicians work in state-of-the-art facilities designed for high-performance rehabilitation and sports training, with premium equipment, turf space, and an environment built specifically for working with athletes. We are looking to hire immediately at our Bare Hills and Timonium clinics!

Responsibilities
• Provide high-level orthopedic and sports physical therapy care through 1:1 treatment sessions
• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and implement return-to-sport and performance-based rehabilitation programs
• Collaborate with strength coaches, athletic trainers, physicians, and other members of the care team
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and long-term performance strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in team collaboration, mentorship, and clinical education opportunities
