Job description

A well-rounded internship program in which the students will learn about Sports Entertainment, Event Planning, Marketing, and Venue Operations. A majority of the program will be spent with our Events and Marketing Team producing high level events such as concerts and festivals as well as learning how to market the ongoing entertainment we have lined up for 2026. Students will learn and interact with all departments on the property on how to market, plan and operate large scale events while engaging with multiple partners, sponsors and vendors.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with guest relations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Support food and beverage operations, including restaurant service, menu planning, and inventory management.
  • Contribute to event planning and execution for conferences, weddings, and other special occasions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, data entry, and report generation.
  • Take part in training sessions and workshops to enhance hospitality and management skills.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a hospitality management or related degree program.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
