Job description


Responsibilities:
  1. Maintains building components such as ceilings, walls, drywall, and other painted surfaces.
  2. Under supervision, maintains building components such as ceilings, walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, elevators, stairways and building interior & exterior. Repairs doors, windows, furniture and building framework. Paint walls, doors, windows, trim, replace ceiling tile and/or grid and vinyl base.
  3. Repair fire rated wall, ceiling and floor assembly penetrations with approved UL rated firestop compounds.
  4. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
  5. Review Work Orders daily and complete associated tasks/repairs by Type/Priority.
  6. Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocols.
  7. Makes initial determination of how to affect repairs and refers extensive repairs to appropriate technician.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Due to insurance regulations, must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
