About Us

Leoken Soccer Academy is a growing youth development program focused on teaching fundamental soccer skills in a fun, structured, and positive environment. We serve players ages 3–16 and are committed to building confidence, discipline, and teamwork through the game of soccer.

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach to lead training sessions and assist with weekend matches. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and are passionate about sports development.

Schedule

  • 2–3 evenings per week

  • Weekend games required

  • Flexible, part-time hours

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging soccer training sessions for ages 3–16

  • Teach fundamental skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork)

  • Create a positive and encouraging environment

  • Supervise players during practices and games

  • Communicate effectively with parents and academy staff

  • Ensure player safety at all times
