Job description

Located in the Silicon Valley, California Sport Design is a supplier of custom in-house decorated apparel for Schools, Sport Teams, Corporations and other small businesses throughout California since 1985. Our company is looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with customers who need high-quality custom apparel and printed products.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with businesses, schools, sports teams, and other organizations.
  • Educate clients on our services and help them find the best solutions for their needs.
  • Close deals and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently generating new business.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior sales experience is a plus but not required—hustle and determination matter most!
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
  • Some knowledge of the custom decorated apparel industry is a bonus.
  • Contacts within organizations (companies, clubs, sports teams, etc) are a big plus!
Compensation & Schedule:

  • Compensation is negotiable based on experience, with the potential to start as a 100% commission-based position. High performers can quickly earn substantial income, and additional compensation structures may be available as you grow with us.
  • Position can be full-time or part-time, depending on your availability.
