Description
This is a new position for traders that understand the Sportsbook business across various books as well as an understanding of the US Stock Market.
Key Responsibilities
• Interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings
• Develop visualizations, reports, and presentations of project results
• Conduct research and identify problematic areas to determine the best course of action to correct the data
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Report on how recommendations have impacted trading
• Understand business processes and how the events in those processes are recorded in the data
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Very good verbal reasoning skills
• Currently trading the US Markets
• A good knowledge of sportsbooks and trading
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and query data
• Good problem-solving ability
• Able to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once
• Willingness to learn new software
• Programming skills, API and FIX connections a plus
