This isn't just about running the barit's about leading the entire front-of-house operation, mentoring staff, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with the kitchen to keep Yogi's the go-to game day spot in Bloomington.

What You'll Be Doing:

Running the Show (Bar + Floor)

  • Oversee bar operations and dining room service to keep the whole FOH humming.
  • Set the tone for legendary hospitality and keep the energy high.
  • Jump behind the bar or hit the floor when the game gets intense and the crowd's buzzing.

Kitchen Connection (Expo Required!)

  • Learn the ins and outs of the Expo linefood timing, plating, and smooth service flow.
  • Step in during peak times to help the kitchen team deliver hot, fresh plates.
  • Build strong communication between FOH and BOH so guests never miss a beat.

Team Coach

  • Hire, train, and inspire servers, bartenders, and hosts.
  • Motivate the team with feedback, encouragement, and a culture of teamwork.
  • Keep shifts running smoothlyeven when it's standing room only.

Logistics & Leadership

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and budgets for both bar and FOH supplies.
  • Keep everything clean, safe, and compliant with health and alcohol service standards.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to keep Yogi's fresh and fun.

Guest MVP

  • Be visible, approachable, and engaged with guests throughout service.
  • Resolve issues quickly and turn them into opportunities for great hospitality.
  • Build relationships with regulars (we love our Yogi's family!).
What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ years of FOH management (sports bar/high-volume restaurant experience a big plus).
  • Strong bar knowledge and comfort working with food service/Expo.
  • Natural leader with excellent people skillsyour team loves working with you.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, game-day atmosphere.
  • Sharp with numberscomfortable managing costs, inventory, and budgets.
  • Indiana liquor license & responsible alcohol service certification required.
