Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Sporting Goods Clerk (40 hours/week) at our Home Centre location in Nipawin, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Hardware Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following: 
 Demonstrate the behaviours and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members' lives, with a strong customer-focused approach. 
 Provide legendary service through various touch points and communication channels.
 Assist guests on the sales floor with product selection in hunting, fishing, and outdoor adventure merchandise.
 Build and foster strong customer relationships that drive long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
 Remain current with government regulations, product knowledge, and best practices surrounding firearms & firearm safety, ammunition types/uses/varieties, fishing, tackle, and archery.
 Follow all procedures with relation to sales of firearms, completing all documentation with precision.
 Receive, price, and display merchandise in an attractive manner.
 Maintain a well-organized department by tidying and cleaning shelves, displays, and keeping aisles free of debris.
 Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
 Perform other duties as assigned.

 Well-organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
 Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
 Able to fulfill physical job requirements, including standing and lifting 20 to 25lbs regularly.
 Possess a flexible work schedule, including days, weekends, and holidays.
