Job Description
Our Business Development Specialists are primarily responsible for sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory.
  • Will be responsible for prospecting new customers, new opportunities and new product sales.

  • Should spend majority of time prospecting and visiting or in contact with customers.

Our performance driven compensation plan is designed to create uncapped earnings and long term payouts and bonuses to top producers. Within the first year, an average Business Development Specialist will earn $60,000-$70,000, an above average Business Development Specialist will earn $80,000-$90,000, and Top Producers will exceed $100,000. Most will earn $80,000-$120,000 during year two.
