What are Sport Guards?

Sport Guards, also known as sports mouthguards or athletic mouth protectors, are protective devices worn over the teeth to prevent injuries to the mouth, teeth, lips, and jaw during sports or physical activities. They are commonly used in contact sports like football, hockey, boxing, and basketball. Sport Guards can be custom-made by dental professionals or purchased as ready-to-wear options. They help absorb and distribute impact forces, reducing the risk of broken teeth and other oral injuries. Regular use of Sport Guards is recommended for athletes of all ages to ensure optimal dental safety.
