What you'll be doing
You're the kind of person who walks in and brings energy. You're outgoing, easy to talk to, and you genuinely enjoy meeting people. You can also take ownership-meaning you don't wait for someone else to make things happen. You'll help grow the club by building connections, generating leads, and making sure guests have an amazing experience from the moment they arrive.
This role blends:

  2. Neighborhood partnerships
  3. Front desk and customer experience ownership
  4. Adult events and programming support
  5. General Member Communication
You're the right person if you...
  • Are a true people-person-comfortable starting conversations and building relationships quickly
  • Take initiative and can run with ideas (own the outcome, follow through, adjust as needed)
  • Communicate with confidence and positivity (in person, on the phone, and at events)
  • Stay organized and responsive while juggling multiple priorities
  • Can work one weekend day and be present during key club moments
Key responsibilities
Guerrilla marketing + lead generation
  • Bring fresh, high-energy marketing ideas to the neighborhood
  • Run promotions and campaigns that drive leads and memberships
  • Track what's working and refine based on results
  • Coordinate messaging tied to club programming and adult events
Neighborhood partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations
  • Create partnership opportunities that increase awareness and bring in new faces
  • Represent Lakeshore professionally and follow up consistently
Front desk + customer experience
  • Lead with hospitality at the front desk-friendly, fast, and welcoming
  • Coach and support the team to ensure strong service every time
  • Own follow-up on questions, tours, leads, and guest needs
  • Step in to help resolve issues quickly and positively
Adult events + programming support
  • Help promote and support adult events that attract the right audience
  • Support guest flow and the overall event experience
  • Capture opportunities and leads before and after events
