This is accomplished through the execution of the 5 Point Play. Area Coaches are required to provide ongoing training and support to Managers and their Team Members (Stylists) to deliver outstanding service and Client Count growth. The Area Coach role reports to the Regional Coach. Other Key business partners to accomplish this mission include the Regional Director, Senior Director of Training and Change Management Initiatives, and Artistic Director and Director of Content Creation, as well as both the VP of Franchise Operations and Company Stores.

- 3-5 years of previous haircutting experience
- Mastery of the Sport Clips Systems as demonstrated through personal and team metrics
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Strong training delivery, presentation, analytical, and relationship building skills
- Positive, supportive, and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 20-30 pounds frequently and bend frequently
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- 6 months previous experience with Sport Clips preferred
- Previous salon work experience preferred
