As we expand our range of ongoing events, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Sponsorship Manager to secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships that will support our growth and creative vision.

Job Summary:

The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing sponsorship opportunities for our musical productions and events. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of brand partnerships, and the ability to align sponsors' goals with our creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential sponsors and partners aligned with our brand and events.
  • Develop and pitch sponsorship proposals tailored to prospective sponsors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors, ensuring mutual benefits.
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements and manage contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and production teams to integrate sponsor branding effectively.
  • Track sponsorship deliverables and reporting to sponsors.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor sponsorship activities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sponsorship sales, fundraising, or partnership development, preferably in entertainment, events, or the arts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
  • Passion for music and live production events is a plus.
