Care to Stay Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Lead Caregiver (CNA/NAC) to join our team in providing exceptional in-home care services to our clients in Spokane and Kootenai County.. Typical duties will consist of training, caregiver/client introductions, assisting care management with assessments and care plan reviews, and may assist in networking/marketing events.
Schedule: Full-time, guaranteed 40 hours per week. Typical schedule will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, five days a week, (occasional weekends may be required.) This position will be based in our Spokane Valley office.

Specific Duties:
  • Cover fill-in shifts during the week when caregivers are unavailable
  • Assist with training new caregivers
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
  • Maintain a clean and organized client environment
  • Conduct client/caregiver introductions
  • Assist care management with client and caregiver assessments
  • Build relationships by visiting referral partners
Requirements:
  • CNA/NAC certification or higher with a minimum of 3 years of care experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
