Job Summary:
ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is a company seeking a Splunk Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Splunk solutions. The role involves collaborating with teams, providing user support, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, implement, and maintain Splunk on-prem solutions that meet the needs of the organization
โ€ข Design and deploy dashboards, reports, and alerts to meet the needs of our users
โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and design solutions
โ€ข Provide support to our users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
โ€ข Build and configure Splunk applications and add-ons
โ€ข Work with other engineers to integrate Splunk with other systems
โ€ข Maintain documentation of all Splunk configurations and workflows
โ€ข Stay up to date with new Splunk releases and features
โ€ข Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
โ€ข Participate in on-call rotations as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Splunk solutions
โ€ข Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security (ES), Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI), or Splunk User Behavior Analytics (UBA)
โ€ข Strong understanding of Splunk search processing language (SPL)
โ€ข Experience in designing and deploying Splunk dashboards and reports
โ€ข Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and command line tools
โ€ข Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash
โ€ข Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred:
