Job Description
  • Implement and support a SPLUNK SIEM solution.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that client is able to meet customers' expectations and deliver quality services within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
  • Ensure that all Service Management processes are followed and all incidents and requests are addressed within the required time to adhere to published SLAs.
  • Perform system maintenance and maintain current documentation.
Qualifications
  • 8-10 years' experience supporting a SIEM solution with 3+ years' experience implementing and supporting SPLUNK.
  • SPLUNK Installation and configuration management experience, creation, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of SPLUNK Dashboards.
  • Capable of configuring debug and resolve issues with SPLUNK agents on various servers.
  • Experience in system administration, security monitoring, IDS, experience building use cases in a SIEM.
  • Bachelor degree, Preferences: SPLUNK certifications. Certifications in CISSP, CCSP/CCNP, & CEH are also desirable.
