Job Summary:
Everpure is reshaping the data storage industry and is seeking a Senior Security Architect to embed robust security across their global cloud and infrastructure environments. This role involves architecting secure multi-cloud environments, guiding engineering teams on risk advisory, optimizing telemetry for enhanced detection, and driving security automation.
Responsibilities:
• Architect Secure Multi-Cloud Environments: Define, promote, and threat-model secure design patterns across public and hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure Everpure’s global infrastructure and platform services are inherently resilient against sophisticated threats.
• Guide Engineering & Scale Risk Advisory: Partner closely with product, platform, and engineering teams as a trusted security advisor, integrating secure principles directly into active development workflows and guiding implementation to achieve optimal security outcomes without slowing delivery velocity.
• Optimize Telemetry & Detection Signal Quality: Collaborate with Security Operations to leverage infrastructure log data and telemetry platforms (like Splunk), architecting scalable data pipelines and modern, AI-assisted analytics to drastically enhance visibility and detection logic.
• Drive Security Automation & Hardening: Design and deploy robust security automation using Python and APIs to scale protective workflows, while providing hands-on leadership for system hardening (including Linux security), identity management, and network segmentation across the organization.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong foundation in security engineering, with experience designing and implementing real-world solutions.
• Cloud Security Architecture Expertise: Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive security architectures for public and hybrid cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with deep fluency in network segmentation, identity and access management (IAM), and zero-trust principles.
