Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with large-scale applications network architectures monitoring and fault management
  • Develop application dashboards using Splunk as well as utilizing APM tools such as Dynatrace
  • Implement synthetic and business process monitoring tools such as SiteScope Glassbox Catchpoint
  • Use ticketing systems like Remedy or ServiceNow
  • Exposure to both Windows and Linux Systems
  • Work with AGILE toolsets JIRA BitBucket Confluence and AGILE methodology
  • Drive vendors system admins and others to deliver solutions together
  • Implement innovative technology solutions

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years expert-level Splunk Architect experience
  • Well-versed with search head and indexer clustering topology
  • Hands-on shell scripting and Linux/Windows system administration experience
  • Some expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python and/or Windows scripts
  • Thorough knowledge of regular expressions
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and tenaciousness to drive vendors, system admins and others to deliver solutions together
  • Creative individual with a track record of working on and implementing innovative technology solutions
  • Associates degree

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree
