Job Description

8+ years overall IT experience
5 or more years' experience with design, configuration, and support of Splunk 6.x, or previous versions
Splunk Architect Certified
Experience developing enterprise strategic implementation of Splunk, should have implemented in large scale
Ability to apply thought leadership to data contained in Splunk instances
Administer a globally distributed and heterogeneous Splunk Shared Service environment
Ability to perform basic scripting tasks with Splunk to automate repeatable processes using Python, Ruby, PowerShell, Perl, etc.
Experience with Regular Expressions (REGEX).
Previous experience with a software configuration management system (subversion, git, hub, cvs, chef, puppet, SCCM, etc.).
Able to interact with State Street managers and team members and support personnel to understand their needs
Candidates should possess interpersonal skills & must be fluent in the English language
