Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a On-Call Pool & Beach Service Attendant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Pool & Beach Service Attendant reports to the Director of Pool & Beach and will respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer service and satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Respond to and provide guests with food and beverage, water, and amenity service, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas.

  • Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fulfill all reasonable guest requests or requirements with a sense of urgency and poise; anticipate guest needs.

  • Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in OhanaPact.

  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts.

What you bring:

  • Education: High School education or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: Experience required by position is three (3) months to one (1) full year of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.

  • Skills and Abilities: Requires basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills. Able to read and speak English.

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States.
