Job description

Alabama Adventure & Splash Adventure teaches and certifies all Lifeguards. No prior lifeguard or first aid certification is required. Lifeguards must be able to swim and retrieve a brick from the bottom of a pool eight feet deep. Lifeguards ensure the water safety of Guests, enforce rules, and respond to water attraction emergencies.
Requirements
In order to be employed at Alabama Adventure & Splash Adventure:
  • you must be at least 16 years old
  • able to work legally in the United States of America
  • adhere to uniform and grooming standards
  • have reliable transportation to and from the park

Most jobs are outdoors and require standing or walking for the entire shift. All jobs require keeping the park and workplace clean.
