Splash N Go Mobile Detailing is hiring a motivated detailing technician to join our growing team.
We are a professional mobile detailing company serving the Dearborn Heights area. Our goal is simple: deliver extremely high-quality car detailing while building a strong team that earns great money and takes pride in their work.
This is a commission-based position with high earning potential for someone who works hard and cares about quality.
Pay Structure
* 40% commission on every detail
* 40% commission on all upsells (deep cleaning, shampoo, add-ons, etc.)
* Average technician earns $24–$30 per hour depending on performance of each detail from 40% commission as the average detail takes 2 - 3 hours to complete.
* +$25 for every new customer you schedule.
What You’ll Do
* Perform professional interior and exterior vehicle detailing
* Communicate professionally with customers
* Maintain high-quality detailing standards
* Recommend add-on services when appropriate
* Help represent the Splash N Go brand with professionalism
Requirements
* Valid driver’s license
* Reliable transportation
* Strong work ethic
* Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions (hot or cold)
* Good communication with customers
* Attention to detail
* Be fine with slow days or days where the are no bookings
