The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine physicians.
• Current MD state license is a plus.

The Practice
Holy Cross Germantown Hospital - Germantown, Maryland

• Primary Stroke Center with a quiet community hospital feel.
• 110-bed facility with a 15-bed closed ICU.
• Annual volume of 38,000.
• 18 encounters pe day.
• 24/7 in-house critical care physician.
• Code blue is run by ICU, rapid response and Stroke calls are run by Hospitalist, and HM OBS service is run by APPs.
• American Heart Association/American Stroke Association Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 - $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
