Czarnowski is one of the four studios of the Czarnowski Collective. It combines operations, strategy, design, and fabrication to create exhibits and events that engage communities, generate brand enthusiasm, and educate consumers. The Purpose:

The Event Producer role supports the planning and execution of events across a variety of assigned clients, reporting directly to the Senior Producer. This position is responsible for assisting in the development of event concepts, building and maintaining project plans, and coordinating operational and technical elements to ensure successful delivery.

Primary responsibilities include supporting project timelines, coordinating vendors and internal teams, assisting with budget tracking, and executing event logistics. The Producer plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with client expectations while contributing to overall team success.

 

The Job:

  • Supports creative ideation by collaborating with Creative and Account teams to contribute to event concepts
  • Assists in developing and maintaining project plans, production schedules, and budgets under the direction of the Senior Producer
  • Coordinates with internal teams including strategy, technical, logistics, and warehousing to ensure alignment across all project elements
  • Assists with site inspections, equipment checks, and pre-event preparations to confirm readiness
  • Supports rehearsals and show execution, helping to identify and resolve operational or technical issues
  • Researches and coordinates vendors, including obtaining bids, managing communications, and tracking deliverables
  • Executes event requirements including venue coordination, audiovisual, catering, staffing, and other production elements as directed
  • Maintains project documentation, including updates, change orders, and status reports
  • Provides on-site support during event execution to ensure smooth operations
  • Supports leadership team (Senior Producer, Director of Production, Executive Producer, Executive Technical Producer) on assigned tasks
  • Contributes to a collaborative team environment and may assist in guiding junior or temporary staff when needed
  • Maintains strong attention to detail across all phases of production

 

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3–6 years of event production or related experience
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple applications and project management tools
  • Working knowledge of event permitting processes and production requirements is a plus
  • Ability to support budget tracking and vendor coordination

Nevada Salary and Benefit Statement: 

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Nevada if selected for the role. Any salary offered is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience. 

Nevada Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000
