Brown & Brown is seeking a Market Partnerships Specialistto join our growing team in Bend, OR; Portland, OR; Tacoma, WA; Seattle, WA; Denver, CO!

The Market Partnerships Specialist supports the execution, coordination, and measurement of marketing programs across regions, carrier relationships, and national partnerships. This role enables speed, consistency, and accountability by managing logistics, tracking performance, and supporting ROI measurement-allowing strategy leaders to focus on growth and relationships.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Designing scalable, repeatable national programs that can be deployed across regions.
  • Establishing frameworks and best practices for regional adoption.
  • Partnering with national and regional stakeholders to ensure successful execution and adoption.
  • Measuring performance and continuously optimizing based on results and feedback.
  • Support the development and deployment of scalable regional marketing programs by coordinating assets, workflows, and logistics that drive new business growth, retention, cross-sell, and pipeline development.
  • Manage timelines of key deliverables within the regional strategic programs to ensure consistency, quality, and timeliness
  • Provide executional support for regional events, sponsorships, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives, including planning, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain program trackers, calendars, and documentation to provide real-time visibility into status, risks, and next steps.
  • Manage seminar and logistics such as presentation reviews, dry runs, attendee tracking, follow-up actions, and asset distribution
  • Partner with the Regional Marketing Leader to coordinate social media deliverable including copy, assets readiness, approvals and scheduling for regional initiatives/events

Skills & Experience to be Successful:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; with at least four (4) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training
  • Must have experience planning and managing events
  • Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills and utilize a thoughtful approach to solving problems
  • Proficient with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel and Office365
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality

Pay Range

$28.85 - $31.25 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
