Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week contract assignment. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders while helping patients maximize their independence and quality of life.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative rehabilitation team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care across a variety of healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques and home exercise programs
  • Ensure compliance with all professional standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements
  • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred where applicable
  • Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
  • Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, acute care, outpatient, or long-term care experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
