Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

MLR is looking for a dedicated and caring Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will assess and treat children with communication and swallowing disorders, helping them overcome challenges to achieve their developmental milestones.
Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for pediatric patients with speech, language, and communication delays or disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving communication, language, fluency, and social interaction.
  • Provide therapy for speech sound production, language comprehension, articulation, and augmentative communication (AAC).
  • Educate and collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators to implement therapy strategies in daily routines.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet goals.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and physicians, to provide integrated care.
