OB/GYN Physician | Flexible Schedule | 75K-100K Sign-On | Central Kentucky

Join a well-supported OB/GYN practice in Central Kentucky offering a full-spectrum practice model, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative team environment. This opportunity provides dedicated surgical access, strong clinical support, and the ability to build a practice aligned with your professional goals.

Position Highlights

  • Full-spectrum OB/GYN practice with established patient volume
  • Flexible schedule with 2.5-3 clinic days and dedicated OR time
  • Optional half-day Fridays for additional schedule flexibility
  • Experienced OB/GYN team supported by APPs, nurses, medical assistants, and a dedicated surgical scheduler
  • Anesthesia and surgical support readily available
  • Modern labor and delivery environment with dedicated surgical access
Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of 330,000-500,000 based on experience plus productivity bonus
  • 75,000-100,000 sign-on bonus
  • 10,000 relocation assistance
  • 33 days of paid time off
