About the Role:
Kaleidoscope Learning Center Corp is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Bushnell, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals through evidence-based behavioral interventions in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on thorough behavioral assessments
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to guide clinical decision-making
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent program implementation
  • Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization across environments
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
Requirements:
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working with children or adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities
  • Proficiency in conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or similar assessments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
