Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Levels 1, 2, 3 & Trainer.

Success On The Spectrum is a national ABA therapy franchise that teaches valuable life skills to children with Autism. Our model combines the most effective methods of Applied Behavior Analysis science with play-based learning. We use mostly NET and promote generalization with frequent field trips. Our goal is to help them grow into productive and fulfilled adults, ultimately increasing the overall quality of life.

We are looking for playful, high-energy Behavior Technicians seeking full-time employment. You must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun! If this describes you and you are looking for an ABA company that makes you love coming to work each day, please apply!

SOS gives hands-on training to our Behavior Technicians. SOS will also pay for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

If you want to advance your career in ABA further, there are opportunities for you to become a Behavior Analyst intern! You can take advantage of the national partnerships that Success On The Spectrum has formed with many universities. SOS is an approved practicum site for Purdue, Florida Institute of Technology, and Nova Southeastern University. SOS also offers employees discounted tuition for graduate programs at Purdue University.

Job Description:
  • Work In School or In-Home Monday - Saturday (Available hours between 8am to 8pm).
  • Client material creation and preparation.
  • Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
  • Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
  • Record client data into Central Reach program.
  • Convert appointments into billing.
  • Write detailed SOAP notes.
  • Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA.
  • Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
  • No criminal background.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.

Expectations:
  • Provide high-quality care to our clients.
  • Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB.
  • Maintain client privacy by HIPAA laws.
  • Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment.
  • Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers.
