Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for Registered Nurses for Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Center (IRAMC) Services in support of the Defense Health Agency and Bremerton Naval. 

Job Aspects:

  • These will be hybrid (remote) roles, working from home and some in person visits to Bremerton Naval
  • The Nurse will be reviewing cases, educating patients on appropriate care and managing health care costs for the dependents of our Nation's Active Duty and eligible retirees.
  • The Nurse will be working remotely/hybrid Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. 
  • Multi-line scheduling, military appointment lines
  • Generous compensation package with 401k, PTO 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Nursing Degree
  • Active unrestricted Washington RN license or compact license
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a UMRN or CCM, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Possess current certification in either
    • Completion of an accredited Certified Professional Utilization Review (CPUR) program
    • Certified Case Manager (CCM) issued by the Commission for Case Manager Certification.
  • Must have access to secure, high speed internet
  • Highly organized, self-directed worker able to function in high volume environment without distractions
  • Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude
