Dance Team Recreational Coach - Spectrum High School
Spectrum High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to assist in leading, managing, and mentoring our Dance program as the Recreational Coach. This is an exciting opportunity to work with motivated student-athletes, build a competitive team, and contribute to the overall development of our Dance program.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Create a climate that integrates sportsmanship and competitive athletics
  • Develop positive sportsmanship, attitudes, and skills in the team
  • Develop positive motivation in the team
  • Provide a climate to facilitate participant character growth
  • Conduct orientation programs for parents, athletes, and coaches
  • Communicate effectively with student-athletes and parents
  • Develop positive team dynamic and interactions

Qualifications:

  • Strong Dance knowledge and understanding of the program
  • Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level is preferred.

Salary: $1,500
