As the Manager, Vertical Market Sales, Healthcare at Spectrum Business, you will guide professionals in delivering networking, managed services and cloud solutions. This role connects you with key internal partners and healthcare markets, empowering you to shape Spectrum Business’ growth in the sector and make a measurable impact on our business success.


How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Lead, supervise and motivate a sales team to boost productivity and surpass monthly sales and billing quotas
  • Coordinate recruiting, training and ongoing development of sales professionals into a high-performing unit
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings and individual reviews to monitor activities and drive account maintenance and acquisition
  • Attend sales calls alongside representatives to support customer engagement and strategy
  • Provide weekly sales summaries and reports to inform leadership and refine sales approaches
  • Assign high-priority customers and develop business with significant long-term potential
  • Execute special projects and pursue opportunities for long-term business growth
