About the Role

As an Experienced HVAC Installer, you'll install residential and commercial heating and cooling systems while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service. You'll be responsible for replacing existing equipment, installing new systems, and ensuring every installation is completed correctly the first time.

We're looking for installers who are confident working independently or alongside a crew and have experience installing packaged units, split systems, air handlers, furnaces, condensers, and related HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units and split systems

  • Install furnaces, air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, evaporator coils, ductwork, and related equipment

  • Replace existing HVAC systems and complete new construction installations as assigned

  • Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements

  • Perform system start-up, testing, charging, and operational verification

  • Read installation layouts, equipment specifications, and job documentation

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite

  • Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members

  • Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles

  • Maintain accurate paperwork and job documentation

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of residential, commercial, or mixed HVAC installation experience preferred

  • Experience installing packaged HVAC units and split systems is required

  • Experience with heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, condensers, and duct systems

  • EPA Certification preferred

  • Ability to read installation plans and equipment specifications

  • Strong troubleshooting and installation skills

  • Commitment to quality workmanship and safety

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
