What You'll Do

Every day is different. As a Cable Technician, you'll travel to customer homes installing and servicing telecommunications equipment while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Install, activate, and troubleshoot residential Internet, TV, Phone, and Security services
  • Diagnose and resolve service issues efficiently
  • Educate customers on their equipment and services
  • Test signal quality and ensure every installation meets company standards
  • Complete upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance
  • Accurately document completed work using mobile applications
  • Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and inventory
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and certifications
