Responsibilities

Perform general support functions within the specimen processing department, including presorting, pickup, and delivery of specimens to the laboratory.

Conduct imaging and microfilming tasks, as well as centrifugation and aliquoting of specimens.

Accurately enter data related to specimens, ensuring compliance with test ordering requirements and adhering to safety protocols in a biohazard environment.

Maintain a neat and organized work area, demonstrating good safety and cleanliness habits.
