Job description

Heavy Haul Driver

We are a growing crane, rigging, and heavy haul company seeking an experienced heavy haul driver with 3–5 years of heavy haul experience and a clean driving record. Our drivers transport our own crane fleet as well as outsourced heavy haul freight, offering consistent work and diverse hauling opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport cranes, oversized equipment, and specialized heavy haul loads
  • Load, secure, and unload equipment in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Manage route planning, permits, and delivery schedules
  • Ensure proper load securement for oversized and overweight freight
  • Maintain professionalism with customers, dispatch, and job sites

Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL Class A license
  • 3–5 years of heavy haul or oversized load experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Experience with crane transport or construction equipment preferred
  • Strong understanding of DOT compliance, permits, and safety regulations
