Position Summary
The Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the integrity of all stock within the warehouse. This role focuses on inventory tracking, discrepancy resolution, and process improvement to support efficient warehouse operations and minimize errors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis
  • Reconcile inventory variances and update system records accordingly
  • Audit inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy
  • Track damaged, defective, or returned goods and process adjustments
  • Maintain proper product labeling, slotting, and organization within the warehouse
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and issues
  • Collaborate with receiving, picking, and shipping teams to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications
Required
