**Operate production equipment in accordance with process control plan and job safety analysis in order to meet safety, quality, customer requirements, and production requirements.**Achieve operating goals of work cell/area in all aspects of the manufacturing process, such as safety, quality throughput and cost.**Rotate job assignments as required. Learn all operations in department through successful acquisition of skill-based training program consistent with scheduled time frame for such progression.**Actively participate in and attend meetings with team, kaizen, etc.**Read and comprehend written and numeric information, process drawings, gauges, SPC, etc., and understand total concept as it affects immediate and future outcomes.**Perform basic trouble shooting, maintenance, and repairs to equipment.**Adhere to all safety, quality and environmental requirements.**Perform other job-related duties as required.
