Job description


Hamilton Connections is currently recruiting for a Fourslide Operator for a local company in Bristol. This position is first shift 7am-330pm. Pay range is $20-$23/hr
Job Responsibilities:
Operator operates, adjusts and packs production pieces to specifications provided using gauges, micrometers, calipers, overlays and any required SPC. The setup person will oversee the quality of the production run by the operator. Use hand trucks, electronic and manual pallet jacks to move parts throughout the plant. Log into jobs and log in good parts and scrap parts daily. Empty scrap barrels regularly, refill machines with bins, totes or make boxes needed for packing parts. Be able to read all paperwork and move tickets properly to move jobs to their next steps. All functions of the operator are to be performed within ISO guidelines.
Secondary Functions: May be asked to operate equipment in other departments and do other functions within the department including pulling tooling from machines and/or cleaning around the machines, the department and anywhere else needed. May at any time be assigned other functions within the department/building as needed.
