Job description

The Spatial Design Lead will drive the creative vision for immersive environments that connect people with brands. The ideal Spatial Design Lead candidate will be responsible for developing and refining spatial concepts, creating impactful 2D/3D visuals, and overseeing technical execution, including detailed drawings and material selection. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, fabricators, and external partners while mentoring the spatial design team and ensuring excellent client presentations.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the spatial design team, ensuring strong creative direction.
  • Develop and refine spatial concepts, translating ideas into 2D/3D visuals.
  • Oversee design execution, including technical drawings and material selection.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, fabricators, and partners to bring projects to life.
  • Create and refine client-facing keynote decks, integrating team work into clear, compelling presentations.
  • Present work to clients, clearly articulating vision and intent.
  • Mentor designers, fostering innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in architecture, interior/set design, scenic design, or a related field.
  • A portfolio that showcases immersive brand experiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and projects from concept through execution.
