Job Purpose & Summary:
The Showroom Designer will drive sales, and provide an elevated bath and kitchen experience for our customers. Strong retail sales experience, and a passion for home design are a must. This role requires the ability to develop and implement strategies that ensure an efficient and customer-focused showroom operation.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Lead and develop Sales, marketing, and new business development activities
  • Execute organizational strategies position this Branch as the leader for luxury bath and kitchen products
  • Enhance relationships with current clients to increase sales
  • Investigate and implement innovative ways to proactively market products
  • Create a showroom environment that delivers a first class customer experience to all our clients
  • Stay current on product range and competitors' offerings, and report findings to cross functional partners
  • Offer professional and outstanding service and follow through for our clients
  • Resolve client issues and implement solutions
  • Other responsibilities designed to grow market share

Requirements
