Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator

Established in 1991, Rocky Fork Company is Central Ohio's premier landscaping and fencing company. With offices in New Albany and Dublin, we provide commercial landscape maintenance, landscape installation, fencing, and snow removal services throughout Central Ohio. At Rocky Fork Company, we believe our people are our greatest asset. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting employees, and helping our operations team succeed.

What You'll Do

As our Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting our employees throughout their employment journeyโ€”from recruiting and onboarding to payroll and day-to-day HR support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate weekly payroll and review employee timecards for accuracy
  • Track employee attendance and communicate attendance concerns with supervisors
  • Recruit, screen, and schedule interviews for open positions
  • Maintain applicant tracking and employee records
  • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation
  • Translate HR documents, training materials, policies, and company communications between English and Spanish
  • Provide interpretation during meetings, coaching conversations, investigations, performance reviews, and other employee discussions
  • Assist employees with HR-related questions regarding benefits, payroll, company policies, and employment
  • Support the HR department with a variety of projects and administrative responsibilities
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, or Office Administration
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Experience processing payroll or managing employee timekeeping preferred
  • Recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, or applicant tracking systems is a plus
