Position Overview
  • Language Pair: English and Spanish (Latin America)

  • Experience: 3+ years of translation and creative transcreation experience

Responsibilities
  • Translate and creatively adapt marketing, entertainment and multimedia content to engage and resonate with local audiences.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and linguistic teams to ensure high quality output across various platforms.
  • Conduct research to understand cultural nuances, ensuring that translations are not just literal but culturally relevant.
  • Review and provide feedback on marketing projects to contribute to their success.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Translation, Marketing, Linguistics, or a related field.
    • Proven experience of 3 or more years in translation and transcreation, preferably in a marketing context.
    • Fluent in English, with native-speaker fluency in Spanish (Latin America) and exceptional writing skills in Spanish.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to adapt tone and style to fit various brand guidelines; experience with entertainment or global brand content is a plus.
    • Experience translating or transcreating multimedia entertainment content, including TV series and movie synopses, title localization, PR, and other creative content related to TV and movie entertainment, is a plus.
