About the Job
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stitcher to join our production team. This position is responsible for sewing and assembling garments or textile products according to company specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial sewing machines, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities
• Operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Perform stitching, hemming, binding, topstitching, and other sewing operations
• Maintain consistent stitch quality and production standards
• Identify and report defects, machine issues, or material problems
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
Skills & Experience
• Previous sewing or stitching experience preferred
• Experience using industrial sewing machines is strongly preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Benefits
The starting salary for this position is $15.50 - $17.50 and may increase to $20.75 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors.
