Carry On Therapy is hiring Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician certification and are fluent in both English and Spanish. Applicants must have an active RBT certification at the time of application.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $20–$25 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.
Hours: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) or Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability

Hire-On Bonus
A $100 hire-on bonus may be available for qualified candidates who:
Hold an active RBT certification
Live in or are willing to actively work in the service area for the position
Have evening availability
Are available for a full-time schedule
Bonus eligibility will be reviewed and discussed during the hiring process based on current staffing needs. Candidates who qualify will receive the $100 hire-on bonus after successfully serving a client for 45 days.
