EzCare ABA is looking for a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Ashburn area. What You'll Do

  • Provide individualized ABA therapy in the client's home

  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA

  • Help your client build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

  • Use engaging and motivating teaching strategies tailored to the child

  • Partner with families and your clinical team to support progress
