Role Overview

Senior Technical Program Manager, Localization – Spanish – responsible for end‑to‑end Spanish experience across product and marketing, building AI‑powered localization workflows, designing experiments, and ensuring cultural resonance. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week from the Seattle, WA HQ.

Responsibilities
  • Own the Spanish experience across product and marketing, tailoring strategy to regional Spanish‑speaking markets.
  • Design and run structured experiments, such as testing terminology and messaging variations tied to conversion outcomes.
  • Build the feedback loop from conversion and customer data back into localized copy and design that process as a repeatable framework.
  • Develop and continuously improve AI‑powered localization and content workflows for Spanish, from prompt design to feedback loops that raise output quality.
  • Partner with cultural experts and run user testing to validate content resonance.
  • Manage localization vendor relationships and budget.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to catch internationalization issues early.
  • Drive tooling strategy and automation to support scalable localization pipelines.
  • Maintain terminology and style guides for human and AI content.
Qualifications
  • Native‑level fluency in Spanish with knowledge of regional variation across Latin American markets.
  • 6+ years in localization program management, including tech stack management.
  • 3+ years working directly on client‑side product or marketing localization.
  • Working knowledge of internationalization standards and experience resolving localizability issues.
  • Experience building, fine‑tuning, or optimizing AI‑powered localization or content workflows (prompt design, model evaluation frameworks, feedback loops).
  • Proven ability to use customer and conversion data to inform localization strategy, including designing or interpreting A/B tests.
  • High proficiency with translation management systems (TMS) and the broader localization tech stack.
  • Track record of designing processes that scale beyond a single project or language.
  • Strong stakeholder management across concurrent, cross‑functional programs.
Compensation

Starting base salary range: $136,000–$170,000. Equity is part of total compensation.
