Familiarity with office software, translation tools, and possibly language assessment platforms is often beneficial. Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills help interns effectively support projects and interact with diverse stakeholders. At Goodshuffle, we believe in delivering incredible value to our customers through innovative tools and world-class support.
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Intern, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our users have a seamless and delightful experience with Goodshuffle. You'll gain hands-on experience in customer support, user engagement, and data-driven decision-making while working closely with our Customer Experience team.
You'll also help us better serve our growing community of Spanish-speaking event professionals, bringing your bilingual skills to projects across onboarding, content, and customer outreach.
What You'll Do
  • Assist customers via chat, email, and occasional calls, helping them navigate our platform and troubleshoot issues
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Create and update help center articles, FAQs, and other self-service resources
  • Support onboarding efforts by assisting with training sessions and tutorials
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to relay customer insights
  • Contribute to special projects that enhance the customer experience, such as improving workflows or testing new features
  • Translate and culturally adapt in-app onboarding flows in Intercom, and help build the backend logic so customers see content in their preferred language
  • Re-record existing webinars and trainings in Spanish using the platform live, and help script and organize Spanish-language New Customer Orientation sessions
  • Partner with CX and Sales to identify Spanish-speaking accounts in HubSpot, build targeted outreach, and translate existing sales collateral
  • Assist with the creation of Spanish-language social media and short-form content that reflects the voice of our customers
  • Leverage AI tools like Claude, n8n, and Hubspot agents to support onboarding efforts
What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, with strong professional English - you'll be creating customer-facing content and representing Goodshuffle to Spanish-speaking business owners
  • Passion for technology, events, SaaS platforms, and SMBs
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk) is a plus but not required
What You'll Gain
  • Real-world experience in customer success and SaaS operations
  • Mentorship from industry professionals across CX, Marketing, and Sales
  • Ownership of meaningful projects that directly impact a growing segment of our customer base
  • The opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative startup environment
  • A chance to make a meaningful impact on our customers and business
