We are looking for a product manager for our sampling oscilloscope businesses. As a product manager, you have the unique opportunity to blend your technical and business knowledge in order to drive results and ensure the success of your product franchises. You will focus on launching new products, enabling our sales team to sell these products (through the use of technical expertise, content creation, training, and proactive communication), performing competitive analysis, crafting pricing and bundling strategies for new and existing products, developing promotion and pricing strategies, and putting together strategic plans / programs to grow this critical business to Keysight. You will also work hand-in-hand with product planning to develop new product definitions, industry teams to develop critical solutions for our customers, and the marketing team to properly market your portfolio. We are looking for a passionate / driven person who likes working in a team environment and shows tremendous ownership.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Keysight's sampling oscilloscope business performance
  • Responsible for sampling oscilloscope technical and product expertise, including ability to showcase products to customers and the Keysight sales organization
  • Responsible for launching new sampling oscilloscope product families, creating sales tools and content, training front line sellers, analyzing competitive products / creating competitive materials, developing promotions, and partnering with others to create programs to drive demand for your products
  • Responsible for pricing your products and developing configuration / bundle strategies aligned with customer applications and use cases
  • Responsible for partnering with product planning regarding the definition and progression through the product life cycle for future products
Qualifications
  • Bachelors, Masters Degree, or University Degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent technical field with 8+ years of experience
  • Passionate and driven individual who can be counted on by the team and who possesses a deep sense of ownership for their business
  • Self-motivated individual who wants to make an impact
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and has a team-first approach
  • Experience with sampling oscilloscopes (preferred)
  • Experience in a technical field or Test and Measurement industry (preferred)
  • Experience creating content such as data sheets, customer slide decks, demo guides, configuration guides, etc.(preferred)
  • Experience launching new products(preferred)
  • Experience performing competitive analysis(preferred)
  • Experience pricing products (preferred)
  • Experience enabling, communicating, and training a sales team (preferred)

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

California Pay range: MIN $149,000.00 - MAX $274,000.00

Colorado pay range: MIN $138,000.00 - MAX $231,000.00

District of Columbia pay range: MIN $138,000.00 - MAX $231,000.00

Hawaii pay range: MIN $138,000.00 - MAX $231,000.00

Illinois pay range: MIN $138,000.00 - MAX $231,000.00

Maryland pay range: MIN $149,000.00 - MAX $249,000.00

Massachusetts pay range: MIN $149,000.00 - MAX $249,000.00

Minnesota pay range: MIN $138,000.00 - MAX $231,000.00

New Jersey City pay range: MIN $149,000.00 - MAX $249,000.00

New York pay range: MIN $164,000.00 - MAX $274,000.00

Vermont pay range: MIN $138,000.00 - MAX $231,000.00

Washington state pay range: MIN $149,000.00 - MAX $249,000.00
